'Gebucht von :' added below the date and 'Kraft besonderer Ermächtigung:' added in the middle below both signatures. Series H. In the frame on the right side, the lines in the fourth ball from the bottom' rising' and all the rest all 'falling'. Also a big Eagle on the top left of the front.
